Shipping Policy

1. Sample Kit Shipping
All sample kits are shipped globally via express courier services such as DHL, FedEx, or an equivalent provider. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. The average delivery lead time is **7-12 business days**. Please note that this does not include any potential delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be levied by their country's authorities.

2. Bulk Order Shipping
We offer flexible shipping options for bulk orders to meet your logistical needs. Shipments can be made by air freight or sea freight.

Incoterms Offered:
FOB (Free On Board): We are responsible for all costs and risks until the goods are loaded on board the vessel nominated by you at the designated Indian port. You are responsible for the main carriage, insurance, and all subsequent costs.
CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): We arrange and pay for the cost, insurance, and freight to transport the goods to your specified destination port. Risk is transferred to you once the goods are on board the vessel. You are responsible for import customs clearance and any associated duties/taxes.
EXW (Ex Works): You are responsible for arranging and paying for the entire shipment from our facility (factory) in India. We will make the goods available for pickup.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Upon special request, we can arrange for DDP shipments. In this case, we handle all costs, including transport, insurance, and import duties/taxes to your final destination. Please be aware that all associated costs for a DDP shipment will be borne by the buyer and quoted separately.
Lead Times:
The standard processing and lead time for bulk orders is **15-20 business days** from the confirmation of the advance payment to the dispatch of goods from the port. This does not include the transit time of the shipment.

3. Documentation
We provide a complete set of standard export documents with every bulk shipment, including the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (or Airway Bill), Certificate of Origin, and Phytosanitary Certificate.
