Refund Policy

1. Sample Kits

Due to the nature of the product, payments made for our Sample Kits are **non-refundable** once the kit has been dispatched from our facility. The sample kit fee covers the cost of the product samples, specialized packaging, and international express shipping. If you wish to cancel a sample kit order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us directly.

2. Bulk Orders

Refunds for bulk orders are handled on a case-by-case basis and are governed by the terms agreed upon in the official sales contract or proforma invoice.

3. Damaged Goods

If goods are damaged during transit, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier, especially for CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) shipments where insurance is included. We will provide all necessary documentation to support your claim.
